About us

Short version: we’re Karl & Linda, two British vegans living in sunny Southern California, who are trying to start our family through open adoption. We’re both scientists (Linda’s also a photographer), who love rock music, good food, traveling and, of course, animals. If you want the long version, have a look at our adoption profile.

This blog follows our adoption process, but we also hope that expectant mothers who are thinking of making an adoption plan for their baby will be able to find out a little more about us through these pages.
